The Tiffen 58mm Soft/FX Filter is ideal for soft focus portraits and scenics to take the "Hard Edge" off of the scene, In utilizing Soft/FX in less densities- it is difficult to know that a filter was even utilized unless you have a comparison image. Soft/FX offers a greater softening effect as compared to the Black Diffusion FX.
