The Tether Tools RapidMount Cold Shoe Slider (for Extension Bar) includes:

The cold shoe slider gives you the means to mount your speedlight or flash trigger anywhere on the extension. The RapidMount Cold Shoe Speedlight Mount is adjustable and can support virtually any speedlight. The mount features a tightening screw allows for a secure fit while the flat bottom allows for a mount on any 1/4"-20 male thread. Both the cold shoe mount and hot shoe adapter sport the same lightweight, durable all aluminum construction with non-reflective black finish. The adapter attaches to the camera hot shoe, video rig, flash bracket or extension bar.
