The SmallRig Camera Cage for Nikon Z8 ensures easy access to all camera controls, battery, and SD card slots. It provides a range of mounting options for additional accessories. The camera securely attaches to the cage using a 1/4"-20 camera screw with a locating pin, and a side locking adapter adds extra stability to prevent any twisting.
In addition to one shoe mount, a side NATO rail, and multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory threads, the cage incorporates ARRI-style locating holes for preventing accessories from twisting when mounted. There are also QD (Quick Detach) mounts and strap slots for even more options. The cage also has a built-in Arca-type quick release plate on the bottom for tripod mounting.
