The ME 4 Cardioid Lavalier Microphone (Black) from Sennheiser is a mini cardioid clip-on microphone that is especially used for speech applications in noisy environments. The ME 4 Cardioid Lavalier is equipped with Feedback-rejecting and high speech intelligibility. The alligator clip-on makes for easy attachment on clothing.
The mic offers a 50 Hz to 18 kHz frequency response and handles SPL levels up to 120 dB without distorting. ME 4 mic's cardioid polar pattern minimizes pickup of off-axis sound and enhances feedback rejection. The attached 5.2' cable is terminated with a locking 3.5mm TRS output connector for compatibility with Sennheiser products including the EW G3, EW G4, SpeechLine Digital Wireless, and XS Wireless transmitters. The ME 4 features an integrated protective grille and a mic clip are included for easy attachment to clothing. The MZW-4EW foam windscreen is available separately to reduce breath and wind noise.
