Why does Polyline use cookies?

How do I access the Polyline site without cookies enabled?

How fast can I get my order?
We ship most orders the same day, if ordered by 3:30PM Central time (Mon - Fri). Many of our customers receive their goods the next day. Expedited delivery services are available for customers outside our next-day ground service areas.
What are your hours?
Our Inside Sales/Service Representatives are available from 7:30AM to 7:00PM central time, Monday - Friday. Our website is open 24/7 for your convenience. Our will call hours are from 9:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday - Friday.
How do you ship?
We ship UPS ground unless expedited shipping is requested. Larger shipments go by common carrier. We work hard to minimize your freight costs. All UPS shipments are prepaid and the freight charges are added to your invoice. Common carrier shipments are sent freight collect whenever possible. Sorry, no COD's. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Polyline or other parties only as an estimate.
Do you have a minimum order?
No, but we do have a small order charge of $9.50 for orders under $100.00 for NON-INTERNET orders only.
What are my payment options?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, wire transfer, money order, or check. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
A line of credit (1%-10/net 30) can be established upon request for those customers who meet our volume and credit criteria. For open account applications, please allow 3 business days for your references to reply.
How do I get a catalog?
Just fill out the catalog request form and we'll drop one in the mail to you.
Do you provide duplication or custom printing?
We offer custom printed blank CD-Rs and DVD-Rs but do not provide duplication or replication services.
Do you accept orders from outside the U.S.?
We can ship to most locations outside the U.S. Please call and speak with one of our Inside Sales Representatives.
What is your return policy?
Authorized returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment. There is a 15% restocking charge for non-defective merchandise. However, due to the nature of sealed recordable media, we cannot accept returns of blank media once the packaging has been opened. See our Terms and Conditions page for full details.
